    Value-added Evaluation System for Vocational School Students Construction and Practice Research

    Student evaluation in the new era should be rooted in the educational macro background of "cultivating people by virtue" and comply with the overall policy orientation of educational evaluation reform. This research focuses on the construction and implementation of value-added evaluation system. Combined with the characteristics of vocational school students, this paper constructs a four-level index system and refines the student evaluation standards. The evaluation subjects are students, head teachers, teachers, parents and enterprise managers. Through the development of the related APP, it is convenient for each evaluation subject to input information, and finally use K-line chart to visually present the change process of the appreciation in students' literacy.     IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION (MORALS) FOR STUDENTS AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF DARUTTAQWA GRESIK

    Noble moral education has so far emphasized the knowledge aspect rather than the attitude and application aspects. The phenomenon of student brawls and promiscuity is evidence. Public schools with their distinctive curriculum are considered successful in managing moral character education. However, not all schools are able to manage it effectively. This study aims to find out and explore data about how to plan, implement, evaluate, and educate morals. Research using a qualitative approach, is a case study of SMK DARUTTAQWA GRESIK. The findings of the study show that schools carry out program planning starting with the determination of the vision and mission, objectives, graduation standards, compiling an integrated curriculum integrating the national curriculum and the typical religious curriculum with an emphasis on moral education. evaluation is carried out continuously on all aspects of student activities. Success is marked by changes in student behavior such as discipline, diligent worship, obedience, honesty, and achievement. The community has more trust and institutions are growing. One of the research recommendations is that all stakeholders commit to the plan, set an example and provide continuous coaching and forge partnerships

    “Tri Hita Karana” and the Morality of Sustainable Vocational Education

    The main aims of Indonesian vocational education implicit in Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 are to build a balanced society for social harmony and progress, contribute to the harmony and the preservation of the environment, preserve cultural values, strengthen national identity and the wise use of natural resources, and effectively commit to continual improvement of the quality of labour. Tri Hita Karana as three source of harmonies is an ideology that directs the balance of life and harmony between humans and God, among humans, and between humans and the environment. As an ideology, Tri Hita Karana is a unified whole, synergistic, integral and systemic. Tri Hita Karana is used as the basis for the management and development of Balinese culture. When seen as offering an approach to the development of vocational education, Tri Hita Karana directs the moral foundation of sustainable vocational education in local, national, regional and global contexts. Tri Hita Karana also provides core values as a moral foundation in vocational education to strengthen the integrity and identity of the Indonesian people in building a sustainable vocational education as part of the sustainable development.     This article discusses the developing of conceptual framework of gusjigang counseling model as a manifestation of local wisdoms hold by the people of Kudus regency. Gusjigang is a philosophy of life taught by Sunan Kudus (one of the nine Java island\u27s first Muslim missionaries) which teaches men to have a good behavior (gus), to be good at reciting Koran (ji) as well as trading (gang). Gusjigang counseling model is close to Islamic counseling nuance which sets out the Islamic values of Kudus people who have been widely known as religious people. However, despite its importance and intrinsic complexity, a rigorous decision process has not been defined yet. As a result, benchmark conclusions may vary from one evaluator to another, and often, that process is vague and hard to follow, or even nonexistent. This situation affects the repeatability and reproducibility of that analysis process, making difficult the cross-comparison of results between works. To mitigate these problems, this paper proposes the integration of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a widely used multicriteria decision-making technique, within dependability benchmarks. In addition, an assisted pairwise comparison approach is proposed to automate those aspects of AHP that rely on judgmental comparisons, thus granting consistent, repeatable, and reproducible conclusions.     The psychological motivation of student cadres to participate in university management: An empirical study

    University student cadres are the backbone of university students, as well as a major force of Chinese universities in advocating students to achieve self-education, management, and service. However, the problems of bureaucratism, administrativism, aristocratism and over-entertaining have manifested in some student cadres. Psychological motivation can stimulate the spiritual motivation, cultivate correct value orientation, form a positive view of life, and develop good behaviors. Therefore, conducting research on psychological motivation of student cadres is of great significance to enhancing the management of cadres. This research sorts out the situation of student organizations and student cadres of Chinese universities, reviews relevant theories of psychological motivation, clarifies the connotation of psychological motivation and management performance, designs student cadres’ motivation management questionnaires, constructs student cadre motivation management theoretical model and verifies the five dimensions of psychological motivation and the three dimensions of management performance. It analyzes the influence and path of different motivation dimensions on management performance dimensions and puts forward five policy recommendations.Os quadros (cadres) estudantis universitários constituem, não só, a espinha dorsal dos estudantes universitários, como também, a força principal das universidades chinesas para defender a autoeducação, a gestão e o serviço. Contudo, os problemas associados à burocracia, ao administrativismo e ao excesso de entretinimento estão presentes em alguns quadros estudantis. Em nossa opinião, a motivação psicológica pode, não só, estimular a motivação espiritual,como dar uma orientação correta, formar uma visão de vida positiva e desenvolver bons comportamentos. Por todas estas razões, a pesquisa sobre a motivação psicológica dos quadros estudantis é de grande interesse para a melhoria da sua gestão. Esta pesquisa descreve a situação das organizações estudantis e dos quadros estudantis nas universidades Chinesas, revê as principais teorias sobre motivação psicológica, clarifica a conotação entre a motivação psicológica e o desempenho de gestão, elabora questionários sobre a motivação dos quadros para a gestão, constrói um modelo teórico sobre a motivação dos quadros estudantis para a gestão e verifica as cinco dimensões da motivação psicológica e as três dimensões do desempenho da gestão. Analisamos também a influência e o trajeto das diferentes dimensões da motivação nas dimensões do desempenho da gestão e propomos cinco recomendações

    Improving the process of analysis and comparison of results in dependability benchmarks for computer systems

    Tesis por compendioLos dependability benchmarks (o benchmarks de confiabilidad en español), están diseñados para evaluar, mediante la categorización cuantitativa de atributos de confiabilidad y prestaciones, el comportamiento de sistemas en presencia de fallos. En este tipo de benchmarks, donde los sistemas se evalúan en presencia de perturbaciones, no ser capaces de elegir el sistema que mejor se adapta a nuestras necesidades puede, en ocasiones, conllevar graves consecuencias (económicas, de reputación, o incluso de pérdida de vidas). Por esa razón, estos benchmarks deben cumplir ciertas propiedades, como son la no-intrusión, la representatividad, la repetibilidad o la reproducibilidad, que garantizan la robustez y precisión de sus procesos. Sin embargo, a pesar de la importancia que tiene la comparación de sistemas o componentes, existe un problema en el ámbito del dependability benchmarking relacionado con el análisis y la comparación de resultados. Mientras que el principal foco de investigación se ha centrado en el desarrollo y la mejora de procesos para obtener medidas en presencia de fallos, los aspectos relacionados con el análisis y la comparación de resultados quedaron mayormente desatendidos. Esto ha dado lugar a diversos trabajos en este ámbito donde el proceso de análisis y la comparación de resultados entre sistemas se realiza de forma ambigua, mediante argumentación, o ni siquiera queda reflejado. Bajo estas circunstancias, a los usuarios de los benchmarks se les presenta una dificultad a la hora de utilizar estos benchmarks y comparar sus resultados con los obtenidos por otros usuarios. Por tanto, extender la aplicación de los benchmarks de confiabilidad y realizar la explotación cruzada de resultados es una tarea actualmente poco viable. Esta tesis se ha centrado en el desarrollo de una metodología para dar soporte a los desarrolladores y usuarios de benchmarks de confiabilidad a la hora de afrontar los problemas existentes en el análisis y comparación de resultados. Diseñada para asegurar el cumplimiento de las propiedades de estos benchmarks, la metodología integra el proceso de análisis de resultados en el flujo procedimental de los benchmarks de confiabilidad. Inspirada en procedimientos propios del ámbito de la investigación operativa, esta metodología proporciona a los evaluadores los medios necesarios para hacer su proceso de análisis explícito, y más representativo para el contexto dado. Los resultados obtenidos de aplicar esta metodología en varios casos de estudio de distintos dominios de aplicación, mostrará las contribuciones de este trabajo a mejorar el proceso de análisis y comparación de resultados en procesos de evaluación de la confiabilidad para sistemas basados en computador.Dependability benchmarks are designed to assess, by quantifying through quantitative performance and dependability attributes, the behavior of systems in presence of faults. In this type of benchmarks, where systems are assessed in presence of perturbations, not being able to select the most suitable system may have serious implications (economical, reputation or even lost of lives). For that reason, dependability benchmarks are expected to meet certain properties, such as non-intrusiveness, representativeness, repeatability or reproducibility, that guarantee the robustness and accuracy of their process. However, despite the importance that comparing systems or components has, there is a problem present in the field of dependability benchmarking regarding the analysis and comparison of results. While the main focus in this field of research has been on developing and improving experimental procedures to obtain the required measures in presence of faults, the processes involving the analysis and comparison of results were mostly unattended. This has caused many works in this field to analyze and compare results of different systems in an ambiguous way, as the process followed in the analysis is based on argumentation, or not even present. Hence, under these circumstances, benchmark users will have it difficult to use these benchmarks and compare their results with those from others. Therefore extending the application of these dependability benchmarks and perform cross-exploitation of results among works is not likely to happen. This thesis has focused on developing a methodology to assist dependability benchmark performers to tackle the problems present in the analysis and comparison of results of dependability benchmarks. Designed to guarantee the fulfillment of dependability benchmark's properties, this methodology seamlessly integrates the process of analysis of results within the procedural flow of a dependability benchmark. Inspired on procedures taken from the field of operational research, this methodology provides evaluators with the means not only to make their process of analysis explicit to anyone, but also more representative for the context being. The results obtained from the application of this methodology to several case studies in different domains, will show the actual contributions of this work to improving the process of analysis and comparison of results in dependability benchmarking for computer systems.Els dependability benchmarks (o benchmarks de confiabilitat, en valencià), són dissenyats per avaluar, mitjançant la categorització quantitativa d'atributs de confiabilitat i prestacions, el comportament de sistemes en presència de fallades. En aquest tipus de benchmarks, on els sistemes són avaluats en presència de pertorbacions, el no ser capaços de triar el sistema que millor s'adapta a les nostres necessitats pot tenir, de vegades, greus conseqüències (econòmiques, de reputació, o fins i tot pèrdua de vides). Per aquesta raó, aquests benchmarks han de complir certes propietats, com són la no-intrusió, la representativitat, la repetibilitat o la reproductibilitat, que garanteixen la robustesa i precisió dels seus processos. Així i tot, malgrat la importància que té la comparació de sistemes o components, existeix un problema a l'àmbit del dependability benchmarking relacionat amb l'anàlisi i la comparació de resultats. Mentre que el principal focus d'investigació s'ha centrat en el desenvolupament i la millora de processos per a obtenir mesures en presència de fallades, aquells aspectes relacionats amb l'anàlisi i la comparació de resultats es van desatendre majoritàriament. Açò ha donat lloc a diversos treballs en aquest àmbit on els processos d'anàlisi i comparació es realitzen de forma ambigua, mitjançant argumentació, o ni tan sols queden reflectits.     Strategi Pendidikan Akhlak dalam membentuk karakter siswa-siswi MTSN 2 Kota Kediri

    ABSTRAK Permasalahan seputar akhlak bangsa Indonesia memang dapat dikatakan cukup memprihatinkan, misalnya tawuran antar pelajar, kebiasaan menyontek saat ujian, seks bebas, dan berbagai kekerasan terhadap anak dan remaja. Kondisi ini menandakan bahwa pendidikan akhlak tidak cukup memiliki dampak terhadap perubahan pola perilaku siswa, hal ini disebabkan oleh strategi yang digunakan selama ini masih belum optimal untuk memperbaiki akhlak. Dalam proses pendidikan akhlak dibutuhkan strategi yang efektif agar pendidikan akhlak tersampaikan dengan baik dan diterima serta diterapkan. Di MTsN2 Kota Kediri guru beserta elemen madrasah lain telah melakukan beberapa strategi guna untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak dan untuk mecapai tujuan dari pendidikan akhlak. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana strategi pendidikan akhlak di MTsN 2 Kota Kediri?, 2) Bagaimana Evaluasi strategi pendidikan akhlak di MTsN 2 Kota Kediri? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) Wawancara, (2) Observasi, (3) Dokumentasi. Informan ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan tiga tahap analisis yaitu (1) Reduksi data, (2) Penyajian data, (3) Penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data penulis menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi dan pengecekan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam perencanaan yakni mengembangkan bidang akademik pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Dalam pembiasaan, seperti pembelajaran, keteladanan, larangan dan nasihat, pengawasan, hukuman n sesuai ajaran agama. Sedangkan dalam evaluasi yang digunakan adalah observasi, dan penilaian antar siswa, penilaian diri dan portofolio. مستخلص البحث إن المشاكل المحيطة بأخلاق الشعب الإندونسي تثير القلق الشديد مثلا المصارعة بين الطلبة، عادات الغش حين الإمتحان، الإختلاط الحر، وجميع الجريمة على الأولاد والمراهق. هذا الحال فقد دل أن تربية الأخلاق لا يكتفي أن يمتلك التأثير على سلوك الطلبة، ومن أسبابه هي الإستراتيجية المستخدمة على طول الزمن لما الأمثل لتحسين الأخلاق. وفي عملية تربية الأخلاق تحتاج إلى الإستراتيجية الفعالة كي يتواصله طيبا ويستطيع مقبولا وتطبيقه في المدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية 2 كديري كل من المدرس وعنصر المدرسة الأخرى فقد طبقت الإستراتيجية لزرع القيم الأخلاقية ولإنجاز الأهداف من تربية الأخلاق. أما أسئلة هذا البحث منها: 1) كيف إستراتيجية تربية الأخلاق في المدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية 2 كديري؟ 2) كيف تقويم تربية الأخلاق في المدرية المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية 2 كديري؟ واستخدام هذا البحث المدخل النوعي بالمنهج الوصفي. واسلوب جمع البيانات المستخدمة منها: 1) المقابلة 2) الملاحظة 3) الوثائق. عين المخبرون من خلال أخذ العيانات هاذفة. أما مرحلة تحليل البيانات منها: 1) تخفيض البيانات 2) عرض البيانات 3) استخلاص النتائج. ولتفتيش الأصح من البيانات واستخدمت الباحثة مراقبة الملاحظة، التثليث وتفتيش الزملاء. وأما نتائج البحث فقد دلت أن الإستراتيجية المستخدمة بالمدرس في الخطة هي تمنية المجال الأكاديمي لدراسة العقيدة والأخلاق. وفي الممارسة، كا التعليم، والأسوة، والنهي والنصيحة، والمراقبة، والعقاب المناسب بالتعليم الدينية. أما في التقويم المستخدم هو الملاحظة، والتقييم بين الطلبة، والتقييم النفسية والمحفظة ABSTRACT The problems surrounding the morals of the Indonesian people can indeed be said to be quite alarming, for example brawls between students, the habit of cheating during exams, free sex, and various violence against children and adolescents. This condition indicates that moral education is not enough to have an impact on changes in student behavior patterns, this is due to the strategies used so far that are still not optimal to improve morals. In the process of moral education an effective strategy is needed so that moral education is well conveyed and accepted and applied. In MTsN2 Kota Kediri, teachers and other elements of the madrasa have carried out several strategies to instill moral values and to achieve the objectives of moral education. The formulation of the problem of this research are: 1) What is the moral education strategy in MTsN 2 in Kediri City? 2) How is the evaluation of the moral education strategy in MTsN 2 in Kediri City? This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using (1) interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation. Informants were determined through a purposive sampling technique. While the data analysis uses descriptive analysis with three stages of analysis, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data the author uses perseverance of observation, triangulation and checking of colleagues. The results of the research show that the strategies used by the teacher in planning are developing the academic field of Aqeedah Morals. In habituation, such as learning, example, prohibition and advice, supervision, punishment in accordance with religious teachings.
